CollectSoft

CollectSoft for Softrax is an extensive collection tool for Softrax users. CollectSoft will allow collection staff to preview customer balances, view average days to pay, average days outstanding, High balance, current balance. Manage their communications with customers with direct email functionality to send conformation notes to client. Ability to attach multiple documents to invoices. Allow to view all and open invoices.

Customer Summary View give you dashboard that will include summary of customer balances, as well statistical data regarding customer payments.

Customer Invoice summary view allow collection staff to view all customer invoices and credit memo with view all or view open documents. Each invoice is listed with invoice date, invoice amount, amount paid and last payment date. Including days old. This view allow for printing customer ledger, aging, and statement.

Customer Invoice detail view allow collection staff to view invoice summary with invoice detail including all payment received and credits applied. This view allows for collection staff to attach multiple documents, notes to each invoice. Ability to email notes to customer's contact.

EstiLink

ProLog Integration
